OD_RAZ_DVA (2014)

Projekt OD_RAZ_DVA byl pokračováním mých experimentů s videem. Video jako takové vzniká bez lidského zásahu, pouze prostřednictvím přípravy ideálních podmínek a následného zaznamenání probíhajících dějů zachycených videokamerou. Tento projekt vznikl v návaznosti na řadu menších projektů ve veřejném prostoru sdružených pod názvem U.mě.les., ze kterých bohužel nevznikly téměř žádné záznamy. Vyvrcholením těchto menších projektů byla sitespecific instalace Moc děr do zdi na výstavě s názvem OD_RAZ_DVA v multifunkčním prostoru Grid. Projekt OD_RAZ_DVA byl založený na světelném zdroji, prosvětlovaném objektu (v tomto případě polotovaru vázy od firmy Moser), skleněné matnici, kameře a nemalou roli v něm hrál i strom na kopci… Může se zdát, že strom na kopci je od ostatních předmětů velmi odlišný, ale právě on je zdrojem zmiňované přirozenosti, do které se snažím nezasahovat. Vyjmenované předměty byly v daném pořadí pověšeny na větve stromu, který se pohyboval ve větru a tím dal do pohybu celou instalaci. Vzniklý záznam tak zobrazuje nejen optické jevy, které vznikly průchodem světla přes vázu, ale i místo a situaci, ve kterých byl videozáznam pořízen.

The OD_RAZ_DVA project was a continuation of my video experiments, created basically without my intervention. I only prepared ideal conditions for the given situation and then recorded its course. This project in particular was created in connection to a series of smaller projects in public space called U.mě.les., which have unfortunately not been filmed. Still, these projects were presented as the installation called Too Many Holes in the Wall at the exhibition OD_RAZ_DVA in multifunctional space called Grid with Sitespecific. The OD_RAZ_DVA project was based on a source of light, a backlit object (in this case a semi-finished Moser vase), a glass focusing screen, a camera and last but not least, we cannot forget the role of the tree on top of the hill … It may seem that the tree on the hill is very different from the rest of the objects but it was the tree that served as a source of naturalness that I try to not interfere with. The listed items were hung on the branches of the tree in their respective order and as it began moving in the wind, the entire installation was set into motion. The created video is thus a record not only of the optical phenomena that occur when light passes through a vase but also of the place and situation, in which the video was made.
